Summary: The Internet has changed the world of marketing. Traditional marketing rules can no longer be used "as-is" in the online world. Rules need to be adapted for successful marketing on the Internet.

In this presentation, I look at how customers behave differently online and how the 4 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) along with research change when the Internet comes into the picture.
