Summary: The advent of the Internet has created an entirely new marketing channel. Using the Internet for marketing is very different from traditional marketing, largely because of the unique features it boasts of. The Internet allows a company to take the customer from the awareness stage to the action stage where the product is not only bought online, but in some instances delivered online too!

In this presentation, I explain how the Web has changed the world of marketing, and how we can exploit and benefit from these changes..
