The Internet has something for everyone (apologies to Birdy's by Taj) - whether you're looking for something serious or something fun. As promised last week, we'll be looking at some fun and time-pass sites on the Net today.

For those of you who believe in reincarnation and are wondering what you were in your past life, you can log onto Past Life to discover for yourself. All you have to do is enter your date of birth and you'll get a diagnosis of who and what you were. However, this won't work if you were born before 1922 (to be honest, not many people born then are logged onto the Net anyways). According to the site, I was a woman born somewhere around Korea sometime around 650 AD. And what did I do in life? I was a warrior, hunter, fisherman, executor of sacrifices, and / or a pot-grower - quite a drastic change in profession compared to today, might I say! Continuing, I was a sane practical person (still the same), materialist with no spiritual consciousness (how much I've changed!) and my simple wisdom helped weaker and poor (how true!). But the hard hitting lesson that my past life brought to present: I should develop my talent for love, happiness and enthusiasm and distribute these feelings to all people (sure, I'm at the McDonald's take away counter all of today trying to implement this - come and get it!).

On the same site is another page that allows you to be a virtual Shakantula Devi in a way. Key in your date of birth (not your age as it mentions) and within a split second, it will tell you how many days, hours and minutes old you are. And if you pay attention to the status bar of your browser, you'll even get to see the number of seconds you have lived on God's wonderful earth! Enough already!! But before you do any of the above, leave your English and grammar behind - or spend your time trying to spot the mistaeks that becaming on the apge.

A few weeks ago, we looked at webcam sites - sites that were hooked to cameras showing you what was happening in the real world somewhere else. If you thought that was kewl, you've got to visit Magic Camera - a new cyber camera site. The camera is in a testing stage and the site has been put up to allow users from all over the world to try, test and give feedback to the developers. What the Magic Camera actually does is that it makes your screen very light sensitive, making it function as a digital camera, allowing you to take your snap online! Test it for yourself to believe it. However keep in mind that your monitor has to be less than 4 years old for it to work properly. Thanks to Harish B for sharing his discovery with us.

Come on now, if you've visited all the sites we've talked about today, you've already spent too much time in front of your computer - you need a break. Log on to Dance - a site that will coax you to move those muscles and body appendages, the way your Mum would persuade you to eat your vegetables. The site even provides you foot tapping music to get you into the groove - just wait for all the cute animations to download, and you're ready to boogie - step by step!

Enjoy!!
